Deel Integration

The Deel integration enables you to automatically import employee data from your Deel account into Comp AI, streamlining your employee onboarding process and ensuring your compliance data is always up-to-date.

Setup Process

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure you have:

  1. Admin access to your Deel account
  2. Admin access to your Comp AI workspace
  3. API credentials from Deel (API key)

Configuration Steps

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your Comp AI dashboard
  2. Click on Connect next to the Deel integration card
  3. Enter your Deel API key and select your region
  4. Configure synchronization settings:
    • Frequency (hourly, daily, weekly)
    • Data mapping options
    • Employee filters (optional)
  5. Click Save and Connect

Synchronization Schedule

By default, synchronization occurs daily at midnight UTC. You can modify this schedule in your integration settings.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Issue: Employee data not importing
Solution: Verify API credentials and ensure the employee exists in Deel

Issue: Missing employee information
Solution: Check data mapping settings and ensure required fields are enabled in Deel

Issue: Connection errors
Solution: Validate network settings and firewall rules
