The Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the platform during your first year, Comp AI will provide a full refund of subscription fees paid to date.
What Qualifies
You may request a refund if you are dissatisfied with the platform's capabilities, integrations, or overall experience during your first 12 months.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund:
- Payment current: All invoices paid with no outstanding balance
- Active engagement: You must have completed platform onboarding within 30 days of subscription start
- Timely claim: Refund requested within your first 12 months of subscription

We'll process your refund within 15 business days of verification.
Refund Cap
Refunds under this guarantee are limited to subscription fees paid during the first 12 months of your subscription. Additional services, auditor fees, and third-party costs are not refundable.
